Well, I always wanted to know what the worst movie of all time looks like.Alright, I will try my best to not rant and rave (especially since Ialready have done a much more detailed review of this on my blog, soread it there if you are curious), but this movie is without a shadowof a doubt one of the worst films of all time. Yes, worse than craplike Batman and Robin, Troll 2, or even Battlefield Earth, especiallywhen you throw in the small fact that at least those films areinteresting in how bad they are. This film is not interesting, not inthe least. From the absurd amount of cat and dog puns that are moreforced than the drama on American Idol, to the just not funny jokescoming either from the main dog (who I am certain is probably missinghis brain) to the pigeon that supposedly works for the big "bad" ofthis movie (and no, I do not really care why a bird works for a cat,but it is really stupid, that is for sure.) I wish I could say maybethe CGI is good, but no, it looks like the same half-hearted attemptsthey use in Asylum films, and worst of all it couldn't be lessconvincing that the animals are talking unless you just made them ALLCGI, instead of using real cats and dogs. Sure, I know people try anduse the stupid excuse, "But its for kids, can't you let it just bethat?" No, I can't, because while there are still being great, incredible kid films being made and released (just think Lion King orHow to Train Your Dragon) that not only are really, really enjoyablefor children, but just so for adults, then I cannot stand while craplike this is being made. No, this film has nothing redeeming about it,from the story that has no point except to make puns and make my brainscream, or to the "jokes" that couldn't be funny if George Carlin toldthem, nothing works in this film. And those adults who do claim thatthey went and saw this and actually enjoyed it, I do pity you all, andhope one day you meet a good movie (like Robocop or Terminator 2) andjust...grow up. |

Another Talking Dog Movie...... in which the mouths barely move. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact I saw the flawless "Inception" before watching this movie, but "Cats & Dogs: the Revege of Kitty Galore" was a poor, unfunny movie, yet another to add to the vast collection of failed talking animal movies. The first "Cats & Dogs" was a tolerable family movie; the second one clearly was meant just for kids, because I was quite bored and ended up skipping through scenes. CGI was improved greatly since the last one, and yet the animals still look like they're mouthing and words are being awkwardly stuffed in them. The original had heart and a good story-line, while this one felt rushed and hastily put together, looking only for money and to give Bette Midler another check (You know your career has reached a dead point when you have to voice a CG animal in a kiddie movie). But allow me to back-track. It's a kid movie, and they'll love it. The colorful scenes and humor will keep them occupied for a while. So for it's purpose- to be a good kid movie- this film succeeds. But it just pains me to see money and talent being poured into sad movies like this nowadays. And perhaps as a final bitter taste in your mouth, the film leans towards a third: by the return of that poofy white cat villain from the original, Tinkles. Oh, joy. |

Save Your MoneyAfter the first 15 minutes I wanted out. They assembled a great cast actors for the voices, but the story and the direction was aweful. We sat through the whole movie and at the end I accidentally blurted out "Thank God it's over!" Not one good thing to say about it and wouldn't even recommend renting it on DVD. Maybe if it's on cable in a year check it out. After 15 minutes you'll wish you changed the channel sooner. |

Cats & Dogs: Revenge of Kitty galore, better than the originalI waited to see this one because of the poor reviews it was getting butafter just watching it with my little girl, I have to say it was a goodfilm. It was entertaining, the special effects were quite good, I likedthe characterizations of the animals and I believe that the actorsvoices were well paired with their character animals.I think the movie could have gone a little more in depth with characterdevelopment and also some of the 'exactly how did this cat do this'?information, but all in all I think this sequel at least equal to ifnot better than the original movie. There are fewer humans in this one, and I don't think it was laugh outloud funny, but it was good, and my little girl really liked it too. After watching this one with me, she requested to watch the originalone, and I know that the next request will be to watch the second oneagain. As a parent, I actually really liked it as entertainment for my littlegirl. It's fun. I personally liked it that the animals have to worktogether to succeed.I did not experience it in 3-D, so can't speak on that part of it.Good entertainment for a rental film, we will probably purchase it atsome point. |

Fun formula Children's MovieI repeat: This is a CHILDREN'S MOVIE!!There's a lot of up and down votes on something that really wasn'tmeant for critically snarky 30-somethings. Get a grip! The First Movie was interesting because the concept of our pets beingpart of shadow spy organizations that stayed out of human sight was aneye-opener. Following up on the initial break-out is always an up-hillslog.This one was Okay. Crazed Cat Villain attempts to take over the worldby making all dogs go crazy so humans will put them all into kennels. Both Canine and Feline Organizations get together to prevent disaster.what follows is EASY and ENTERTAINING to a Child. . .Repeat: 'Entertaining to a Child', not someone's Little Genius whoreads the New York Times for Bedtime Stories! The references and gags put in for the accompanying adults are there toLIGHTLY ENTERTAIN us by eliciting Pun-Groans or soft snickers. They ARENOT trying to give you a Comedy Central Sidetrack. The Adult is NOT theTarget Audience here. If they did that, IT WOULD NOT BE A KID MOVIEANYMORE!Personally, I groaned at the Batman/Joker redux of Kitty Galore. Then Ismiled at the Dangerous Kitty doing the Silence of the Lambs sendup. And the rest of the time, I just sat back and enjoyed a rambunctious,Tom & Jerry style action romp simply because I wanted to be entertainedby something lighthearted. And the Pigeon was a Hoot!Simply put: A good clean Movie for Little Kids that won't put the adultto sleep. Or even if you don't have Kids, and you want something lightand silly to watch that doesn't require thought, this is an easychoice. Enough said. |

Nothing innovating but still really entertaining and funny!I went to the cinema to watch this movie because my girlfriend reallyappreciated the first part which I've never seen and she convinced meto come with her. She bought the DVD of the first movie and there was aspecial gift card in it which allowed her to have a reduction of tendollars on a ticket for the sequel and so we went to the cinema.I didn't expect anything from this movie and I wouldn't usually commenton such a movie because it is simply not my kind of genre, but as I seenow such horrible votes and the movie entering in the infamous top onehundred bottom list, I thought I'd be better if I might write myopinion, because this movie isn't simply that bad - and I am generallykind of severe on movies! While watching this movie for one and a halfhour, I've never taken a look on my watch, I've never felt bored at alland I found this movie very entertaining. There were also a lot of nicelaughs, especially the naive but sympathetic pigeon was worth the watch- and let me tell you that it is rather difficult to make me laugh.Beside the pigeon, the little girl which always saw the animals makingcrazy things while her mother didn't recognize anything was anentertaining running gag, too. Another funny thing was the scene in theanimal's Alcatraz which I thought was a nice idea. The collaboration, the prejudices and the growing team spirit between the secret agenciesof the cats and the dogs were also some really nice elements in thismovie even if they were predictable. And the movie even had somethingphilosophical: Cats and dogs put away their prejudices to save theirbeloved humans together and fight a common enemy. Well, I know, this isa predictable content, too, but still very touching and even teachingfor young kids who are watching this movie. And the idea of adaptingthe world of James Bond to the world of cats and dogs isn't silly atall, but very funny for the kids, nicely done for the adults whounderstand some funny allusions and certainly better than most of theboring super agent comedy movie in the key of Austin Powers and otherboring stuff.A part of that, the movie is well animated and has a perfect length.People who really like cats or especially dogs might even give a fewstars more, for example for the funny and cute video clips in the endof the movie.Of course, this movie is just a sequel, it shows nothing innovating andthe story is predictable and of course there are no twists in themovie, but you can't expect that from any animation movie a part of theamazing "Wall-E". Some people here say that you should put the childreninto the cinema to watch this movie and head yourself for the - in myopinion - heavily overrated "Inception" - I mean, you just can'tcompare those movies and if you take this point as a judgement, it iscertain that you may be disappointed. So, don't listen to some of those really ordinary and exaggerated hatecomments and spend some ninety minutes with your kids or younger sisteror girlfriend or cat/dog fetish, switch your brain off and enjoy thenice jokes and this very entertaining movie.5,5 to 6 stars out of 10! |

3rd Graders Give it a Thumbs UpThis review is from: Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (Amazon Instant Video) Whatever they are doing with these types of movies, we need more of them to entertain the ones that are a little big for the cartoons, but a little young for the latest Harry Potter flick. My third grader and his friends loved this one! |

Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010, G)Well, the official website for "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of KittyGalore" has a paw for a mouse pointer, the movie uses most every lazypun possible about pets, and a reviewer has already claimed the moviemarks the end of civilization as we know it. With such prospects, afilm about talking cats and dogs coming together to fight off KittyGalore (voiced by Bette Midler) doesn't eye well for adults. And itdoesn't. Any mathematicians in the theater can better spend their timetracking the noticeable upward curve of boredom and silliness thelonger the movie runs (the pet gags during the end credits don'tcount).Aren't kids movies like this supposed to be funny despite theirabsurdity? It took 9 years to bring this sequel of "Cats & Dogs" to thetheaters, which gave it plenty of time to spread a wide umbrella forbig name voices. Nick Nolte's deep scratchy voice took to the endcredits to figure out, but it stands out in his role as a scrappymentor dog, Butch, the muscle of a secret agency run bysemi-intelligent talking dogs.We learn that dogs have an underground spy organization where no humanhas ever entered, appropriately outfitted with hi-tech gadgets in theBond tradition and specially tailored for dog clichés. Cats have asimilar underground facility for their secret organization, namedMEOWS. The first pet puns are quirky and tone setting, but after thethird or fourth - and when combined with lame cultural references(including Hannibal Lecter and who knows what else) - it becomestorture. The main character is a German shepherd police dog named Diggs (JamesMarsden), who joins a band of unlikely heroes to try to protect humansagainst Kitty Galore. Diggs follows the 'Dirty Harry' template of theends justifies his means, that is, he causes havoc while taking down amadman and tends to set off fiery explosions in the process. So, ofcourse, he's recruited by Butch (Nick Nolte) to join the secret dogorganization. Diggs and Butch reluctantly join teams with a top kittyagent, Catherine (Christina Applegate), from MEOWs. Along for the rideis a pea brained pigeon, Seamus (Katt Williams), to provide comicrelief. The plot is adequately thin and senseless. They battle against KittyGalore (voiced by Bette Midler), a hairless Sphinx cat, who plans toenslave humans and take over the world. Her plan is to use malevolentsound waves, from a weapon called "The Call of the Wild" (by the way),at an ultra low frequency (just for dogs) to trigger all dogs toviolently rebel against humans. Humans will have to lock them all inkennels. But the movie forgets to mention how Kitty Galore intends toconquer humans. Will she change the frequencies and use the weapon onus? She doesn't specify, but perhaps she could change to an appropriatefrequency to trigger our caveman impulses, or something.Kitty Galore is funny as she reluctantly placates her not so magicalmagician owner. She became evil because her previous owners treated herlike a freak and threw her out after she fell into a vat of hairremoval cream (like the Joker from "Batman"). The movie has a coupleother funny moments with a house filled of too-lazy-to-move high cats, and a goofy Calico cat voiced by Wallace Shawn (lampooning his role in"The Princess Bride"). Other stars take part in hopes of success, including Neil Patrick Harris, Roger Moore, and Joe Pantoliano, but itdoesn't help much. Some of the most effective scenes are ones where pets give normal petreactions. The audience actually responded to Diggs whimpering as hewas locked in his cage by his former cop partner, played by ChrisO'Donnell (in one of the few human roles). The pets only pretend to actnormal around humans, but on occasion a little girl stumbles on themtalking. She's amazed, no one believes her, and the pets resort toclichés (butt sniffing for dogs). That's it. Most of the other jokes are dull. The movie becomes so lazy, any action is just meaningless and boring. The movie uses a mix of liveaction animals, puppetry, and computer animation to bring the pets tolife. The CGI mouths attempt to make such absurdity seem real, but whocares when what they say isn't funny or interesting. The 3D wasn't verynoticeable at all. |

Indifferent shenanigans accompanies GREAT Road Runner shortThis live action/CGI feature is a sequel to 2001's Cats And Dogs, afilm which I am pretty sure I saw but which I can remember nothingabout. Which doesn't bode well, for a start. As far as I can see, thereis virtually no continuity from the first film to this one apart from aLabrador called Butch (voiced by Alec Baldwin previously and Nick Noltehere) and a Persian cat called Mr Tinkles, voiced by Sean Hayes inboth. The general gist of things is espionage operations conducted bycats and dogs, and the wrinkle here is that they have to work togetherto foil the dastardly plans of Kitty Galore (one of those ugly catsthings with no fur, voiced by Bette Midler). The voice talent is great - much higher profile than the humans (led byChris O'Donnell in a thankless role) and the CGI work is excellent -there are times when you know something must be CGI (facialexpressions, mouth articulation, certain actions and so on) but it isoften the case that you really aren't sure. The script is loaded withgags (even down to Roger Moore playing the leader of the cats'espionage organisation, a cat named Tab Lazenby). And the moral of thething is laudable - even cats and dogs can learn how to get alongtogether (so, by extension, we should all be able to, shouldn't we?).But something doesn't quite work. And I think it is that the film hasno heart. It seems to be a fairly mechanical exercise in puttingelements together which should work, and maybe they do for kids, butthey didn't really work for me.This may also be the reason why I don't remember the first movie. The 3D doesn't add anything significant, although the 3D Road Runnercartoon attached to the main movie was GREAT. More of this, please -MUCH more! - and less of the Cats And Dogs. |

The dogs are alrightThe kids, I mean kittens too. Well most of them. If you have seen themovie, you'll know what I mean. Although the trailer reveals what thisis about too. And it is not as controversial or mind bending as someother "kids" movies (especially the ones Pixar makes). Depending onyour view, you will find it unbearable. It aims especially for theyoung ones, bear that in mind. And for that it is pretty enjoyable. I guess if you watch it, withyour/a kid, you will enjoy the movie as well. It is pretty simple andit has change of hearts that are completely against what the movieseemed to go for. But again the little ones will love it. So even if itisn't for you, put in the disc and let the kids enjoy it. The kids willbe alright with it. |

Great Family Fun!!!If you are a dog person, and have an open mind about kids movies, you'll probably like this sequel. It's not as good as the original, butit's not bad. A reckless German Shepherd police dog named Diggs is soonrecruited by Lou and Butch to help them bring down an evil cat namedKitty Galore. Kitty plans on releasing a sound that only dogs can hearand will turn them crazy and attack their master. Diggs and Butch areforced to team up with a pigeon named Seamus, and a cat named Catherinein order to stop Kitty. They even become so desperate that they seekthe help of Mr. Tinkles. I would probably recommend CATS & DOGS: THEREVENGE OF KITTY GALORE!!! |

Decent enough family viewing on a wet weekend. This belated sequel to the 2001 box-office hit Cats & Dogs is betterthan I expected. That's not to say it's great, it's not, but there havebeen far inferior kiddie films I've sat through this year with my fouryear old (not naming any names... Alvin and Shrek). There'sfree-flowing action that will entertain the younglings and the animalsthemselves are cute and/or funny enough to please all audience members, though the plot has more than its fair share of eye-rolling moments andthe CGI is poorer than it should be considering the movie's $85mbudget.The gags are hit or miss, however the few that stick are quite amusing.A riff on Silence of the Lambs is hilarious and provides the solelaugh-out-loud scene whilst the Head of M.E.O.W (the feline secretservice agency) Tab Lazenby – cheekily voiced by Roger Moore – offersplenty of 007 parodied humour. Elsewhere the talented voice cast dotheir best to inject energy into the frequently lack-lustre and cheesyscript. Marsden is likable as lead mutt Diggs, Nolte is gruff as everas Alec Baldwin's replacement for the hardened Butch, Applegate bringsthe sass as Catherine and Midler is clearly having a blast as themalevolent Kitty. Chris O'Donnell fares a lot worse as live-actioncharacter Shane, Diggs' loving ex-cop partner, his unabashed mugging anabsolute low in his career.Decent enough viewing with the nippers on a wet weekend.2.5 out of 5 (1 - Rubbish, 2 - Ordinary, 3 - Good, 4 - Excellent, 5 -Classic) |

WoofI'm 42 and this is the second kid oriented film I've seen in less thentwo weeks, the first was Beezus And Ramona. I guess maybe in a way I'ma kid at heart. I never saw the first Dogs And Cats so I can't compare.I can say that this is a fun, breezy way to spend 82 minutes. I likehow this spoofs James Bond movies right down to the opening credits andthe name Kitty Galore. Also, Roger Moore does one of the voices and hischaracter is named Tab Lazenby (for you Bond trivia lovers, GeorgeLazenby played 007 in 1969's On Her Majesty's Secret Service). Don'tcall me weird but I think that there is a good message for children inthis film, let me explain. The dogs and cats join forces to stop thisrogue cat Kitty Galore. This teaches kids that you should put asidepetty things to band together as a team. Oh, they also do a good job ofspoofing Silence Of The Lambs. My only real complaint isn't with theanimals its with one of the humans in the film, that goofy magicianKitty was working for. He was so annoying. |

BORING!!!Cats and Dogs was a childish boring movie. My dog died in late November last year and my mom said we will get another dog in a year, so we kept pausing during the movie and said things like "Oh he is cute!" "This breed of dogs are intelligent!" But this movie is ok because it shows kids the variety of cats and dogs. |

The best movie yet!I rented this movie for New Year's Eve so that we wouldn't have to watch the boring shows for New Year. Totally lame shows. So we got Egg Nog Ice Cream and sat down on the couch and watched the movie. Well it was a total hit! I couldn't decide which was my favorite character. My wife said that Kitty Galore was the ugliest cat ever but I thought she was cute as a button. Don't worry she isn't a tiny button, it's just an expression! Anyway... I loved this movie and my family adored it. The best movie that I ever saw! |

A cinematic abortionSometimes certain movies just have this aura about them. Movie postersfor these particular films are just pungent with a vile odor whiletrailers seem to leave the most horrid and putrid taste in your mouthand cause your face to twist and distort as if you were being putthrough the most despicable forms of torture. You pretty much know,it's like your knee acting up when it rains and you can basically justfeel it in your bones that this movie is going to be terrible and isgoing to be the furthest thing from a pleasant experience. Cats & Dogs:The Revenge of Kitty Galore is such a movie. You pretty much know you're in for some trouble when you hear a coverof Pink's "Get This Party Started" over the opening credits. It feelslike it goes on forever. Let the torture begin. You see that twist onJigsaw's infamous line, "Let the games begin," from the Saw series? You'll be begging to be put into one of Jigsaw's traps by the time thismovie is over. The special effects were at their best when they were more subtle. Whenyou could tell that real animals were used and CG was used to only addreactions to the animals or for more human-like facial expressions. Butthese subtle effects were few and far between, as you can imagine. Thefilm revolves around spy dogs and undercover agent cats after all.Things get exciting, chases heat up, and effects get more extravagant. That's the thing though; you can tell you're just watching somethingthat was created on a computer. They wouldn't be bad if the entire filmwas CG, but they look really artificial with the real world as theirbackdrop. After seeing a movie like this, you have to wonder how much some ofthese actors were offered to do a movie this bad. Did they actuallybelieve in the product or were they just that desperate for a paycheck? It's got to be the latter, right? You've got Cyclops as Diggs (JamesMarsden), Cape Fear's Sam Bowden as Butch (Nick Nolte), VeronicaCorningstone herself as Catherine (Christina Applegate), A Pimp NamedSlickback as a pigeon (Katt Williams), Jack McFarland as the felinerip-off of Hannibal Lecter (Sean Hayes), Vizzini (INCONCEIVABLE!) as acalico cat (Wallace Shawn), oh, and Bette Midler as Kitty Galore.Michael Clarke Duncan shows up as an Old English Sheepdog, says a fewlines, and you never see him again. Is this the first movie ChrisO'Donnell has been in since Vertical Limit? It sure feels that way andit didn't seem like he could get any lower than Vertical Limit untilnow. In the long run Neil Patrick Harris and Katt Williams are probablythe least offensive and closest thing to actual humor in the movie, butthat still isn't much of a compliment. The story is the typical cats against dogs routine with a bit of anedge; an evil cat plans to use a sound that'll be channeled through asatellite orbiting the earth to eventually drive dogs mad and turnagainst their owners. Since humans are also a potential target, spydogs and undercover agent cats will have to team up (cue Scooby Doosaying, "Ruh-roh!"). The story just felt stupid in the long run, especially with all the little side plots going on. Diggs tends to dowhatever he wants as a police dog and is reckless, but he learns theerror of his ways by...doing nothing but that the entire movie? Thenhis owner can't find him even though he's practically right under hisnose the entire time. Most of the material with human interaction justmakes you want to stab yourself in the face with whatever you can getyour hands on to keep yourself from having to sit through thismonstrosity of a movie any longer. It's a lot like Barney the purpledinosaur if he was replaced with CG cats and dogs; just awful, "smashme in the face with a cinder block to end this madness," cutesy, garbage.Lastly, this movie references a lot of movies you know and probablylove. The down side is that it feels like sacrilege rather than a shoutout to great films. There are countless references to the James Bondfranchise; Paws and Kitty Galore illustrate that point fairly well.Everything from Mission: Impossible to Batman to Silence of the Lambsand Terminator. The Batman and Terminator references are low blows, butthe Silence of the Lambs one is the worst mostly because it lastslonger than any of the others. Think of those terrible spoof movieslike Date Movie and Epic Movie with a slight "we're trying to make thisas adorable as possible by shoving it down your throat" edge.Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore is quite possibly the mostpainful movie watching experience I've ever had the displeasure ofsitting through. Jokes are lame and corny, dialogue feels forced andoveracted, popular movie references tarnish the reputation those moviesmade on society instead of paying homage to them, and the storylinewalks a thin line between simple and ludicrous which results in aproduct that isn't even halfway entertaining. It'd be more appropriateto rate this movie in the amount of times you'll actually groanverbally throughout the movie's duration. It might be fun for childrenwho haven't developed the ability to distinguish a pile of steamyexcrement and something that is actually entertaining and it may beamusing to your pet since my dog seemed to enjoy it, but if you haveany sort of expectations or qualifications for what a good film shouldbe then you are going to hate this movie or you'll be smart enough tostay away from it forever. |

Entertaining for the family, fun for the spy/cop movie fan"Cats & Dogs": the idea of the original movie (which I haven't stillseen, but I will) didn't appeal me 10 years ago. But then, 10 years agoI had no kids, and when they seemed really interested in this 3D actionflick about cats and dogs fighting and teaming up to save the world...well, I decided. That there was a 3D-animation/3D-projection Roadrunnershort before it finally tipped the scales towards going. And I'm not sorry. It's not a very smart movie and the dialog is quitesimple (OK, the dove character and some of the supporting cast is plainboring), but it worked great as a family movie: the kids (specially the4 years one, who loved "Toy Story 3") liked the plot and followed itquite all the time without need of much explaining, and the parentsliked the sometimes blatant, sometimes more silently reference tomovies and sagas, from Bond's (it's really Shirley Bassey at theopening credits!) to "Die Hard", "Lethal Weapon", "Men in Black" oreven Burton's "Batman". The middle part was a bit slow (both in the CGIan plot advancement departments) and the main character development wasscarce, by any means; much more interesting was his kitty companion andthe misadventures of both the villain and his mouse. All in all, recommended as a light family film or as a cop & spy spoof(if you want the spoof not to be as offensive to the original materialas the Scary/Date/Disaster/Superhero Movie sagas. |

So-so movieOK I understand desperate reviews with recommendations to see Inceptionand leave the kids but this movie is for specific kind ofaudience:kids. This movie is not my sort of movies but I went for itbecause I like 3D. this movie isn't so big crap. It is bitdisappointing because from big expectations you can still think that itcould be better . This movie is not some critic movie . It is more forentertainment . people won't care because it was put on Bottom 100 butstill I think that it is solid and definitely not for that kind of list. Through movie's boring parts there is always some joke which willimprove atmosphere . I still think that Seamus was definitely great .Now,movie suffers from pity prototype and it is falling down justbecause it had to follow some kind of "rules". 3D scenes were not sounderstanding . But I like this movie because I don't have someprejudices to kid's movies . It is less of intense but still i like it. I understand Inception audience . I like Inception very much. |

Cats & Dogs on a James Bond-like spy missionThis sequel to Cats & Dogs (2001) is very much improved from the film using advanced CGI-effects along with this delightful use of real cats and dogs. The movie begins with a human, Friedrich (Fred Armisen) who works at a Northern Germany satellite base. He finds a cute little cocker spaniel puppy outside the front door and brings him in. The bloodhound, Rex (Voiced by Len Morganti) is suspicious about the puppy and begins to bark to warn Friedrich. He takes Rex outside and they both get locked outside. Rex runs to the window and sees the puppy taking pictures of secret documents with a spy camera. Rex happens to be a secret agent and quickly calls headquarters. The German Shepard, Diggs (voiced by James Marsden) is a police dog in San Francisco. His human partner is Shane (Chris O'Donnell).
